Six Months Old!

Somehow, Will is six months old (well, six months and a few days). I have no idea how this has happened!

He's 15lb 15 ounces (25 %tile) and 27 inches long (75 %tile). He got a clean bill of health and the go ahead to start working on eating solids more.

Likes:
- Putting anything and everything into his mouth!
- Petting the cat (I think Gizmo enjoys this also!).
- Bathtime. Tonight he figured out how to really splash with his legs- I was drenched!
- Avacado. This kid LOVES avacado. We put it in his mesh feeder and he goes to town.
- Trying to crawl. He's so ready- he gets up on all fours and rocks, but he hasn't managed to actually go forward yet. However, this doesn't really limit his mobility. He spins around in circles on his tummy and army crawls to get where he wants to go.
- Talking. He's also adding screeching, fake coughing and other various weird noises to his sound effect library.
- Smiling. If he's not hungry or tired, he's a pretty darn happy kid and will smile at anyone or anything (including the cat). One day Jeremy thought Will was smiling at the wall, but what he couldn't see was that the cat was just out of his line of sight and Will was smiling at Gizmo!

Dislikes:
- Going to sleep. I think he doesn't want to miss out on anything, because he has been fighting sleep something awful for the past few weeks.
- Holding still. He's not a fan.
- People sneezing loudly. He HATES this and gets a terrible lip-out-pout scared face, followed by hysterical crying. It's awful!

Yum, avacado! Seriously, I love this mesh feeder. I can't wait to put more things in it, but I need to go to the grocery store first!

Not so sure about squash, but Jeremy reports that Will likes carrots quite a bit.
