Burger Time
No, not THAT Burger Time.
With Pan being gone on her rural rotation for most of January and me going back to school, working, and frenetically photoshopping random pictures, our blog and our creations of blogworthy foods have been neglected. We made some really delicious burgers tonight, though.
We made the burgers with two somewhat-thin layers of seasoned hamburger (salt, worcestershire, egg, etc.) and with slices of colby-jack cheese in the middle of the two layers.
I topped my cheese-filled burger with guacamole, while Pan opted for slices of the avocado.
We finished the burgers with a side of sweet potato fries. It was an awfully tasty meal.
