Mac & Cheese
Friday during Lent= no meat.So I made Mac&Cheese from scratch. Pretty tasty, though I still haven't mastered how to avoid lumpiness in the sauce.
It would have been better with some ham or pancetta, but overall, I still give it a thumbs up!Labels: dinner, food, mac and cheese
