A Story

Once upon a time, there was a Meyer Lemon tree and a very curious cat.
And a dustbuster that died.
And so we bought a new vacuum.
The End.

Or, in picture form...
(dumb cat, returning to the scene of the crime...)

Merry Christmas!

Hope everyone has a great day! I arrived back from Kansas last evening and we're spending a quiet Christmas at home until I have to go work later today.

Jerm got a *little* carried away with the whole stuffing the stockings business...

Some of us enjoyed the day more than others...

Baby Pants!

A Christmas gift for our niece Erica.

Baby Bell Bottoms, pattern from The Blue Blog

Knit in some Hobby Lobby Baby Bee Yarn, a little less than one skein.

I didn't exactly follow the pattern, basically made the three month size, but made them longer, since Erica is so long. Easy, pretty quick and really stinking cute! I would definitely make these again. And of course a picture featuring the attention seeking cat!

Happy Adoption-versary, Gizzy!

2 years ago today, we brought home Gizzy from a shelter at Mission Mall.
She celebrated with two servings of treats and lots of snuggles!

Our Hungry Cat

P.S. She's not eating litter; we just clean out her old litter containers and store the catfood in them, so that we don't have to deal with the bags. So please don't report us to the pet police.
