Delicious Dinner!
We didn't have a good idea for dinner tonight- we wanted mexican, but I used up all the cheese making Mac & Cheese the other night, so traditional mexcian food was out of the question.So, we improvised.
New tortilla press
Masa (corn flour)
Chili-lime shrimp
Mexican rice made from scratch
Some avocado "salsa"
DELICIOUS shrimp tacos. Every component made from scratch!
I went with a rice bowl, as I'm not a huge fan of corn tortillas.
