You can see the thinly-sliced steak that we were cooking, the mozzarella-romano cheese sauce(we didn't have any provolone or swiss), and the caramelization of the onions. We should really caramelize onions more often. I think I could eat a whole onion every day, if they were caramelized.

The finished product. It was really good, especially with the caramelized onion flavor. It was pretty easy to cook and assemble, as well. We'll definitely be making this again, although we will most likely use a stronger-flavored cheese like provolone or swiss. (or Cheez Whiz)
